The spring camp offers two sessions:

  • The Vicidial Manager Training Program is a 2 day event designed to teach how to use Vicidial as a room manager. (April 3-4.)

  • The Vicidial Administrator/Installer Training Program is a 2 day event designed to teach how to install, administer and troubleshoot a Vicidial system. (April 5-6.)



    Both sessions will be tought by Matt Florell, the creator of the Vicidial Call Center Suite. The training is divided into two separate sessions. Computers will be provided for hands on training.

    Attendees can keep the training laptop (with a self contain Vicidial installation), will receive full-color printed Vicidial Manager and Agent manuals, as well as the ability to download new manuals for the next two years online

    All prices are per person, enrollment is transferrable within companies.

    Registration Policies

    If you need to cancel your Vicidial Training Camp Spring 2008 registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a $250.00 service charge until March 3, 2007. Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date, who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, no refunds are available for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place.     Days 1 and 2 - Vicidial Room Manager Training. $1,800

    April 3-4, 2008

  • In-depth explanation of the Agent interface.
  • In-depth explanation of the Manager interface(going over every field).
  • Tutorial of setting up several different types of campaigns.
  • Creation of Agent scripts.
  • More advanced lead targeting: lead filters and list mixing.
  • Troubleshooting, What to do in different situations(high drop rate, low contact rate, etc...)

    Recommended experience: Basic computer skills, basic understanding of call centers.




  • Days 3 and 4 - Vicidial Administrator/Installer Training. $1,800.

  • Asterisk CLI overview.
  • Setting up and managing asterisk conf files.
  • AGI programming.
  • Setting up IVRs.
  • Asterisk Manager interface and differences between 1.2 and 1.4
  • Integration of VICIDIAL with CRM systems.
  • Managing call recording in VICIDIAL.
  • Setting up a multi-server VICIDIAL system.
  • Server hardware setup recommendations.
  • Agent phone options.
  • Telco trunking options.
  • Using VICIDIAL on a separate server from where your agent phones are.
  • Integrating ViciDial with Legacy Dialers and PBX systems.

    Recommended experience: Some Linux experience, previous Asterisk experience extremely helpful.
