There are some things to keep in mind. If you are planning to expand your number of seats within six months to a year, you may want to consider your future number of seats to save money and setup time.
Maintenance costs over long term are lower when using analog phones and headsets. They don't require a technician to replace and can usually be purchased under $20. Thus we recommend that you use one span on the line card to connect to a channelbank. All examples are based on this configuration.
We have included the lines to agent ratio which in an ideal setup is 3 lines per agent.
It is important for all predictive dialers to have enough agents and lines to work properly. Below 20 agents is not effective. You might be able lower the ratio when calling for example businesses, versus homes where they are not always available.
