Support Options

The OpenSource license opens up new freedoms to use software almost any way you see fit. This can lead to situations which you cannot easily get out of without additional expertise. This is where CCSG steps in by offering several types of support.


Standard Support Schedule (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)

By the hour at $125.

A block of 10hrs at $1100 or $110/hr, with priority over hourly clients.


Evening Support Schedule (Mon-Fri 6pm-9pm, Sat 10am-4pm)

$500/mth.


Proactive Monitoring Support $500/mth.

The Proactive package offers automated, continuous monitoring of your system and comes with 2 hours of labor charged in 15 minutes increments, including upgrades when available. 9am-6pm Mon-Fri. If you have Evening Support, hours are extended to match.
