We offer a variety of training programs depending on your specific training needs.

Online walk through on how to operate Vicidial.
This is our most popular training program. Vicidial has a great deal of power and flexibility and therefor requires that you understand many of its settings and controls. The manual covers all of the settings in Vicidial, however not everyone has the time or patience to tackle it themselves. We will walk you thorugh the basic settings and controls in Vicidial and ensure you understand how to get Vicidial to a point where you have a functioning call center.

We don't expect you to grasp it all in one session, therefor we break this training up into multiple sessions so you don't get overwhelmed. Each session is designed to allow you to gradiently learn how to manage Vicidial. Between sessions you will have time to ensure you understand all that was covered and then review any areas you still have questions about. Once you are comfortable with the last session you continue with the next session.

The end result will be that you will know how to set up and run campaigns on your Vicidial dialer.

Learn how to run an effective room.
Some of our customers are new to running a call center and in addition to learning how to manage Vicidial they are challenged with running the “room” as well. Vicidial provides a number of tools that will assist you on the actual management of your call center. This training will familiarize you with all of those tools and show you how to use them to maximize the efficiency and profitability of your call center. The methods we use are similar to the “sessions” as described above which will allow you to fully master this area.

Business training.
We have an arrangement with a world class business training facility for successful management of your business. Once you have mastered the basics of how to operate a call center this training includes subject like hiring, marketing, expansion, and business ethics.
